Welcome! By booking or purchasing lessons through vasianna.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

• We offer online Greek language lessons, including one-on-one sessions, group classes, and course packages.

• All lessons are conducted online via [Zoom/Skype/other platform] at times scheduled by mutual agreement.

• We reserve the right to modify lesson content, scheduling, format or platform as needed.

2. Booking & Payment

• All lessons must be booked and paid in advance via Stripe.

• Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change; current prices are displayed on the website.

• By completing a payment, you authorize Stripe to process the transaction.

• Stripe collects your billing details, including billing country, which may be used for accounting and tax purposes.

3. No Cancellations or Refunds

• All payments are final.

• Once a lesson or package is purchased, no refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.

• Students are responsible for carefully reviewing their schedule before booking.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for learning.

• Attend lessons on time.

• Provide accurate personal information (name, email, billing details, etc.) during booking.

5. Intellectual Property

• All lesson materials, including PDFs, audio, video, and other content, remain the property of Valasia-Anna Valavosiki.

• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

6. Liability

• We provide educational services only.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our lessons.

7. Data & Privacy

• Billing information, email, and other personal details are stored securely and processed via Stripe in accordance with GDPR (for EU students) and other applicable laws.

• Personal data is used solely for lesson delivery, billing, and communication purposes.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.

• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Greece.

9. Agreement

• By purchasing a lesson or package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
